Returns & Exchanges

At SportHub, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SportHub account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all equipment components and apparel tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
